Term of Service

I kindly ask for your understanding as:

I'm also an Office Worker who work on Monday until Friday (08.00 until 16.30 | GMT+8) . Hence, I do the commission mostly on weekends.
Each slot may take about 1-4 weeks to finish, but I will let you know if I can finish it sooner or if I need to extend the deadline.
I might refuse a commission request if I feel like I'm uncomfortable or might not be able to do it.

Providing for personal use and commercial use
Free revision is limited to 3 max. For additional revision will be charged additional fee
Workflow: Discussion and References -> Sketch | Revision | Approval -> Payment-> Lineart -> Finalisation
You will get high-resolution of : Watermarked .JPG-file | .JPG-file | .PNG transparent-file
Finished file will be delivered via email or google drive
Every finished commission will be uploaded as my portofolio. You could asking me to hold it first or to not post it at all.PNG transparent file

Payment after the final sketch approved
You might ask for cancelation as long as I haven't send the sketch
If it happened that you should cancel for some of reason, we can discuss it first but I kindly ask for your understanding as we could not do a full refund.
For the time being, I accept payment via Paypal only
